Evy Techno – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope
   All services provided by Evy Techno are based on the mutually agreed project scope and proposal. Any additional features, revisions, or enhancements may incur extra charges.
2. Project Timelines
   Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback, dependencies, or third-party integrations.
3. Payments & Invoicing
   • For hourly-based projects, payment will be charged according to the actual working hours tracked and approved by the client.
   • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
   • For full project contracts, payments will be divided based on defined milestones agreed upon before project commencement.
   • Each milestone payment must be cleared before the start of the next phase.
   • Delayed payments may result in project hold or additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
   Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (designs, code, content, etc.) transfers to the client. Evy Techno retains rights to use non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all project data, credentials, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
6. Revisions & Changes
   Minor revisions are included as per project scope. Major feature changes or redesigns will be considered as new tasks and billed separately.
7. Third-Party Integrations
   Evy Techno is not liable for performance issues or limitations caused by third-party APIs, plugins, or hosting providers.
8. Warranties & Support
   We provide a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance or updates require a separate service agreement.
9. Liability Limitation
   Evy Techno shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered products or services.
10. Termination Policy
    Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
11. Governing Law
    All agreements are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where Evy Techno operates.
