Service Scope

All services are delivered strictly as per the mutually agreed proposal and scope. Any additional modules, enhancements, or new requirements will be estimated and billed separately.

Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates based on approved scope. Delivery may change depending on client feedback cycles, dependencies, third-party approvals, or integration complexity.

Payments & Invoicing

  • For hourly engagements, billing is based on tracked and approved hours.
  • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
  • Fixed-scope projects are billed through milestone-based payments.
  • Each milestone must be cleared before the next phase begins.
  • Delayed payments may result in a project hold or revised timelines.

Intellectual Property

After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. Evy Techno may showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential project details, access credentials, internal documentation, and business-sensitive information shared during engagement.

Revisions & Change Requests

Minor revisions within scope are included. Major changes, redesigns, or new feature requests are treated as new tasks and may be billed separately.

Third-Party Integrations

Evy Techno is not responsible for limitations, downtime, pricing changes, or performance issues caused by third-party services such as APIs, plugins, hosting providers, or external platforms.

Warranties & Support

We provide a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes. Ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and feature upgrades require a separate support agreement.

Liability Limitation

Evy Techno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the usage or inability to use the delivered product or service.

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced accordingly, including approved deliverables and hours logged.

Governing Law

All agreements are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to local jurisdiction where Evy Techno operates.
